CGI Impact Windows & Doors
CGI was established in 1992 with the mission of offering consumers a complete line of resistant window and door products with performance values unequaled in the window and door industry. Their 40,000 square foot facility is located in Miami, Florida. In anticipation to the changes adopted in 1994 by the South Florida Building Code, the CGI company designed new lines of windows and doors to meet impact standards without the need for shutters. CGI was the first manufacturer in the U.S. to offer a complete line of Miami-Dade County approved impact resistant windows and doors using KeepSafe™ Maximum laminated glass. The line of CGI products are also approved by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).
Esthetics and performance were the two major concerns addressed in the development of the current Impact Resistant line of products. Their windows are designed with unparalleled strength and durability, while offering the distinctive sightlines that the most demanding architects require. CGI's Windows and Doors can be found gracing the homes of architects as well as many elegant custom residences. You'll also find their high quality product collections installed in the most prestigious resorts, office buildings, schools and high-profile hotels, including the historic Palm Beach Breakers Hotel.
CGI impact windows and doors provide 24/7 protection against storms, outside noise, UV radiation, and forced entry. As a leader in design innovation, CGI has patented designs on unique systems such as the three point lock for the hurricane resistant French door and the carrier system on the high impact single-hung window.
CGI offers the perfect combination of Design Innovation and Unmatched Quality. Peace of mind has never looked so good!
